Order Processing

All orders are carefully processed within 1-2 business days. Our Austin-based team meticulously inspects each garment before dispatch to ensure it meets our exacting standards.

Shipping Methods

We offer two refined shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx, with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50, with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note: We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges

Should any of our garments not meet your expectations, our concierge-style returns process ensures a seamless experience.

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are:

  • In original, unworn condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Non-returnable items: Due to their custom nature, tuxedos and made-to-measure suits cannot be returned unless defective.

Our Three-Step Returns Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Contact our concierge team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Prepare Your Package

Once approved, repackage the item(s) securely in the original packaging with all tags attached. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):

  • Credit card/PayPal payments: Refunds processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Bank transfers: May take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is received.

Damaged or Defective Items

Should you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photographs of the issue. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.
